The four films below visualize the universe embedded in my photographic Avatar series. Except for the screenplay and editing, every aspect of their creation was produced using generative artificial intelligence.

Synopsis
Jihoon Kim, a developer involved in creating the virtual world Etherverse, logs in using a female avatar named Suzy. When his physical body in the real world is killed in a shooting, only the avatar remains inside the virtual world. As a former expert in virtual environments, Suzy secretly swaps her identity tag with another avatar named Miju. She awakens in the real world as Hye-ryeong Oh, Miju’s physical counterpart - only to die in an accident. As the story unfolds, the mystery behind her death is gradually revealed.
이더버스라는 가상세계의 개발에 참여했던 김지훈은 수지라는 여성 아바타로 이더버스에 접속했다가 현실세계에 남아 있던 신체가 총격으로 사망하면서 아바타만 가상세계에 남게 된다. 이후에 가상세계 전문가였던 수지는 미주라는 아바타와 자신의 인식테그를 몰래 교체함으로써 현실세계에서 미주의 본체인 오혜령으로 깨어나지만 결국 사고로 죽게 되고 자신의 죽음에 대한 미스테리도 드러나게 된다.

Synopsis
Yeonwoo, a 20-year-old college student, suddenly gains the ability to create wormholes that lead into the multiverse. Thrust into an unintended sequence of multiverse jumps, she realizes that her identity is reset in every new universe she enters. From that moment on, she is relentlessly pursued by an unknown assailant. On her 11th jump, Yeonwoo discovers that she can no longer travel any farther. She decides to strike back and ambushes her pursuer. Inside the control room, she shoots a woman who looks almost identical to herself and obtains a watch that enables travel once more - but the place she arrives is not another universe, but the real world. There, she faces a devastating truth.
20세의 대학생인 연우는 어느 날 갑자기 멀티버스로 통하는 웜홀을 만들 수 있는 능력을 얻게 된다. 의도치 않게 멀티버스 이동을 한 연우는 항상 자신이 새롭게 설정된다는 것을 알게 된다. 그리고 이때부터 정체불명인 괴한의 추격을 받게 된다. 그녀는 11번째 이동한 멀티버스에서 더 이상의 이동이 가능하지 않다는 것을 깨닫게 되고, 괴한을 역으로 급습하기에 이른다. 이후 통제실에서 그녀는 자신의 모습과 거의 비슷한 여성에게 총을 쏘고, 그녀에게서 얻은 시계로 다시 이동을 할 수 있었지만 그곳은 멀티버스가 아닌 현실세계였다. 그리고 그녀는 충격적인 진실을 마주하게 된다.

Synopsis
In the previous film Avatar II, Yeonwoo — originally born as an avatar inside the Etherverse — escaped into the real world by taking over a physical body. This short interquel, positioned between Avatar II and Avatar III, follows Yeonwoo’s return to the virtual realm. After a catastrophic disaster, national governments lose much of their authority, while corporations running vast underground cities begin functioning as de facto micro-governments. Tensions rise between the state and these powerful corporations. The weakened government seeks to recover a control key stored inside the virtual world and attempts to contact Yeonwoo, who previously escaped from the Etherverse.
전작인 ‘영상_아바타II’에서 이더버스에서 태어난 아바타였던 연우는 본체의 몸을 얻어 현실세계로 탈출을 했다. 이번에는 연우가 다시 가상세계인 이더버스로 돌아가는 이야기로 ‘영상_아바타II’와 ‘영상 아바타III’사이에 존재하는 짧은 인터퀄로 만들어졌다. 대재앙이후 국가정부의 위상은 크게 추락하고, 지하도시를 건설하고 운영하고 있는 기업들이 실질적으로 작은 정부의 역할을 하게 된다. 이 과정에서 국가정부와 기업들 간에 알력이 발생하고 국가정부는 기업들이 가상세계에 보관하고 있는 컨트롤키를 탈취하기 위해 가상세계에서 탈출한 연우와 접촉한다.

Synopsis
This film captures global Korean pop star Yeonwoo as she unveils her new single at Korea’s K-pop Grand Festival. It features an AI-generated song, choreography sequences, and music-video elements. The project is a spin-off based on one of the multiverses explored in Avatar II.
이것은 세계적으로 유명한 한국인 가수 연우가 한국에서 진행되는 K팝 대전에서 신곡을 발표하는 과정을 담은 영상이다. 이 영상에는 AI를 통해 제작한 노래가 나오고, 다양한 춤 동작과 뮤직비디오도 포함되어 있다. 이 영상은 Avatar II의 멀티버스 중 하나를 별도로 영상으로 제작한 것이다.
